At the helm are Managing Directors Mohammed Yaqub and Mohammed Yasir—a visionary father-son duo who bring together deep experience and a modern perspective. Their leadership is defined by a clear focus on growth, innovation, and long-term value creation, guiding the organisation with purpose and clarity.

With a steadily expanding presence in the hospitality sector, the brand places strong emphasis on consistency, attention to detail, and guest-centric service. Each property is thoughtfully crafted to balance modern aesthetics with functionality and affordability, catering to the needs of today’s discerning traveller. Continuous evolution through innovative practices and industry insights further enhances both guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Beyond hospitality, the group has strategically expanded into the real estate sector, reinforcing its position as an integrated business enterprise. Its portfolio includes property development, asset management, and investment initiatives across high-potential urban and emerging markets. This dual expertise enables the creation of long-term value through well-planned developments and sustainable growth strategies.

By combining operational excellence in hospitality with a strong understanding of real estate dynamics, the organisation is uniquely positioned to deliver projects that are both commercially sound and experience-driven. At its core, it stands for trust, innovation, and growth—continuously redefining standards in hospitality while expanding its footprint in the real estate space.
